12:42PM - Competition for those who know the Law

The International Contest of Young Lawyers “Precedent” is an on-line activity for students and young professionals. It's a bilingual contest where you can send the work in English or Russian.
It’s main goal is to give young lawyers and students a place to share opinions and try their skills. At the same time practicing lawyers and the one who is just interested in jurisprudence may participate.
There are two spheres where the participant may choose a case to resolve - intellectual property and private international law. Here’s the list of cases.
You can vote for the works and comment! Here are the approved solutions.
The Contest is held till 21 of June 2010. You can send a work up to June 15.

Prizes for the winners are granted!
Participate and tell your friends and classmates!

11:16AM - Barren Wasteland...

This journal kind of failed to take flight, didn't it?? I feel like since I no longer attend the school nor live in Montana that I should not have moderator rights to this journal anymore. Perhaps I'll have it deleted and purged so that the name is free for someone else? Or shall I just give admin to rights to another person who wishes to maintain it? Is there someone else who actually wants to maintain it? I don't expect to see a lot of traffic here, but I figured I'd ask.

AND!!! BRING SOUP!!!
cuz the more cans of soup/ravioli/spaghettios/veggies etc. you bring, the more raffle tickets you get. we're donating the food to the montana food bank, not eating it ourselves, so you know it's going to a good cause.

11:10PM

Greetings fellow Bobcats. I joined a... I dunno, like, a week ago or something, but I haven't felt like introducing myself till now. So hi, I'm Brigit, 20, freshman, and I live off-campus (thank you, God). Only part-time this semestre, hoping to change that next semestre. Uh... English teaching major, going to start a Japanese studies minor soon. I would add more here, like a funny anecdote, but my life is boring in every sense of the word.

9:55PM - Dress the RA

Some how I was wholey responsible for dressing our RA. So what did I have lying around ten minutes before he had to go? Duct tape, two garbage bags, and an MC Hammer song on a cd. Somehow he pulled of the white trash alright.

I've got some pictures (one or two of each costume) I'll post here later if anyone wants to see them.

BTW. This saturday we are going Extreme Walking on campus. Originally it was just three of us, but I guess a few people are coming to join us. If you are interested let me know.

Anyways, back to breakdancing (used loosely, my floor mate and I can hardly do ten things between us (and trust me those ten things are pathetic)).

Current mood: Blibbity blah
